From the 1992 horror entry “Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth,” here’s the creepy character known as Pinhead, played by Doug Bradley.
Issued when the film was released, this black and white 8 x 10 PR still has a teensy indent, in the area of Pinhead's mouth. But it’s very faint.
Photo is otherwise excellent.
