    This original circus sideshow post card features one of the most famous of the performers who was billed as Lionel the Lion-faced Man. Lionel had a rare medical condition that made him hairy called
    hypertrichosis.
    Ephemera and photos of him are rare and desirable. Sideshow pitch books, pitch cards, post cards, pamphlets, and flyers are fairly scarce and not often listed for sale. This one would be a great addition to any collection.
